No mention of the outrage by the other though and it's horrible. Counties had to have refrigerator trucks brought in due to so many deaths.
That’s always been a problem. Migrants killed by cartel, drug traffickers, people drowned, died in deserts from exposure or dehydration. This is the first I’ve heard of shooting to kill by US law enforcement. I hope the outrage is enough to make changes to ensure safety

There’s quite a bit of “selective” hysteria over on Fox News. The shriekers over there would make a person think that migrants looking for asylum are on massive crime sprees even though studies show over and over that undocumented have substantially lower crime rates than documented and US born people.

But too many people read Or listen to Fox opinion people and consider it news. They don’t read actual news.

Perhaps we who watch Fox are getting actual news. Unless you are going to say the boots on the ground are full of shit.
Fox News gave up on almost all actual news and is made up of virtually all commentators. If there is a real News hour it’s got the lowest ratings on the station. It’s common knowledge.

Human traffickers and cartel are not new and always tough to read about. I hope local law enforcement hunting down humans is not as common.

And that opinion is why so many of you are uninformed.

Perhaps not. Studies since 2012 have shown that Fox News viewers know less about facts and current events than people who watch no news at all.¹ A recent study showed that people could measurably improve their understanding of facts and social issues by switching from Fox to CNN for a month.²

Which one should upset Americans more, vicious criminals from other countries with long histories of being the suppliers of drugs for the American public murdering people or our own US law enforcement hunting down people to murder.

That’s pretty disturbing getting upset that people are outraged and calling it selective outrage.
No, what's disturbing is that "vicious criminals from other countries with long histories of being the suppliers of drugs for the American public murdering people" have free and unfettered access any time to our country because the border is intentionally non existent, and none of your ilk seem to be bothered by that at ALL. That's what's disturbing.
The border isn't non-existent. Otherwise CBP is a figment of our imaginations.

Not one bit of truth to that. Most Americans and Mexicans who try to bring drugs in to the country are stopped and caught at checkpoints.

Who’s stopping these drug smugglers if there is no border? And maybe the Southern states should legalize marijuana like the smart states did. Tax money for education and no more need for weed to be smuggled in. And if states like Kentucky and Ohio spent more money on drug programs we could eliminate the Meth coming over the border. It’s a nation wide problem that needs every state to help out.

Most are not getting caught, which is why our country is being flooded with fentanyl and we are having record overdose deaths.

We are having record overdoses because Americans are choosing to abuse drugs. Let’s take some responsibility.

Fentanyl is easier to smuggle and demand is high. When demand for something is high people will find a way to make money from it.

Deaths of despair and illegal immigration are both caused by the same thing - crappy economic conditions for the average person.

We would solve both as social problems in a stroke if working people could get a fairer share of the surplus they produce.
