Three 4th grade Girl Scouts and one adult were killed in a hit-and- run while picking up litter in Chippewa Falls, WI. Another member of the troop is in the hospital recovering from her injuries. The driver, Colton Treu, has since turned himself in to authorities. He is only 21 years old.

That's sad. I wonder if a cell phone was the reason he got distracted.
