So are we (general we) now censoring the word rape? I have seen a couple of tweets today were it was shown as "ra**"...I almost didn't understand wtf they were talking about. Are there any other words we can't say now that I don't know about? I'm all for not being a dick and respecting peoples feelings but that just seems a little over the top

Well I don’t have Twitter but as a survivor, I can have to say I’ve always wondered about the ** in place of letters. Because even you don’t actually see them, your brain has to work out what letters are missing to understand the word so how is it protecting anything? It just doesn’t make sense.
