This is what I did today! Beat my high score and got my new badge! It was all walking. I am not a runner! I hope I am not too sore tomorrow and can hit the gym.

Pretty sure I have some blisters and my joints are aching.

What the hell were you doing to walk that much? This is purposely walking 4 miles this morning. Didn’t get that many flights of stairs in because they turned on the escalators early today at the mall.

Id love to be able to see how much I walk at work. I bet it is probably more than that but we arent allowed to wear fit bits or any other smart watch thing because of infection control

What about a pedometer clipped inside your shirt or waistband? I believe fit bit even makes a clip on model
