I just walked almost all day. Any time I was not picking up the kids or doing homework with them or whatever I was walking.
Oh, well I don’t have time for that... if I go by what my watch app says I did more steps but that’s just what I was doing moving around the house cleaning and cooking and doing kid stuff, playing with the dogs, and stuff like that. It also is way off on miles so I don’t use it for that.
I don't on a regular basis lol! But I was mostly free yesterday and the weather was nice outside so I figured why not? and went for it
Today I’m trapped, my house is being painted and I feel like I’m under quarantine

LOL, I can't get past the part that says 22 floors. That would hurt so much!

Good job though!

I run out of breath very very quickly and some days walking to the bathroom is quite difficult. its actually a vicious cycle. If i do more exercise daily i can do more and have more frequent good days. but i get so tired so quickly its hard to get any exercise in.

oh that was just walking up and down the steps in my house. My highest step record is over 100 floors in a day. That was a day I hiked up a mountain. I am not sure what the next achievement on that would be-either 125 or 150 floors in a day. Probably 150 and I would like to hit it someday

it messed me up. I mostly laid around yesterday in pain. I got a big blister and my feet and knee joints were aching. I feel better today. About to go clean the kitchen so I can move some lol

Unless your house spans 2miles or you are hugely exaggerating you might want to turn your sensitivity down on your fitbit lol. 4k steps is for the average person 2 miles.
