Not really N&P but found this FB reel interesting and really makes me rethink a little the way I communicate but more importantly, how I view responses:

Invite-only, asker, and builder, I think. The asker vs guesser is the main communication issue I have with my DH. He is totally a guesser, and it rubs me the wrong sometimes.

Some of that is strongly correlated with culture/location.
