I would try it...but I can already tell you I wouldn't like it with the cheese. I would probably only order this once because I'm also not a fan of ramen noodles.

That said, if y'all are ever down this way, you should really try a legit TexMex/Mexican style elote. Butter, mayo, queso fresco, tajin, Tapatio and Talki crunchies? My god, I'm hungry now.
