Pictures like this and variations of this have been popular on Instagram and TikToc for awhile. I think it originated out of Texas but not sure but it's made it up to our area so not surprised it's made it up to yours. Search "Ramen Nachos" or "Maruchan Nachos" and you'll get the picture.

Actually, I just did a reverse search and the picture was originally posted by a restaurant in Quebec so it has already made it through the US and is heading north, lol.
