This just is so sad, mother, her 4 children, and family friend all killed by a 19 year old man and the father is in hospital. It is just unbelievable that someone can inflict so much carnage. One of the victims was 3 months old, I just cannot wrap my head around this tragedy. The father has lost his entire family, I cannot even start to imagine what that poor man is going through. The father is not a person of interest and is currently in hospital is stable condition

A mother, her four children, and a family acquaintance have been killed in a "mass killing" at a home in the Ottawa suburb of Barrhaven, Ottawa police say.

Six people were found dead inside a two-storey townhouse on Berrigan Drive late Wednesday night. The suspect was arrested inside the house without incident.

I heard about this yesterday in my drive home from work. It's gut wrenching.

I wish they'd remove the picture of the accused in the article. He doesn't deserve to have his name spoken or his image remembered.
