It's possible Qatar is still not being forthcoming with the true statistics. In fact, other reports have estimated thousands of workers have died during W.C. prep. The conditions under which the mostly foreign-born work staff operated were also reportedly abysmal.

The deaths are in the thousands over a ten year period. They are lying pieces of shit.

This not new, it’s been reported on for years. They require the workers from the poorest countries in the area to pay a fee to get work there. So when they arrive they are in debt and working for free. Their passports are taken so they have no choices to stay or leave. They can’t stop working when the temperatures reach 125 degrees. They live in literal shitholes with 15 men in each small bedroom. Human waste leaking because system clogged.

They see these people as nothing more than the dogs they hate so much. And yet there are all the free countries sitting in seats made by mistreated indentured workers, many who were killed in the process. The US never should have went. Soccer will never be anything but a child’s game here.

If the US did not go FIFA would have pulled the 2026 World Cup from them, which would have been a huge hit and also there would have been two very pissed off co-hosts. Money talks this is worth millions to a country not to mention the US Soccer has already secured $13 million dollars by just making it to the knockout round.

I know why all the countries are pretending they don’t know anything at all about slave labor and deaths caused by unsafe working conditions.

So let them take the 2026 cup back. The US is selling out what they claim are their values for money. They should rethink that.

Renegotiate the terms of the games. I know when our new NFL stadium was being built new, all the contractors were raided by immigration and slaps on the wrist were issued all around when found because of the hundreds working illegally.

But I'm still the winner! They lied! They cheated! They stole the election!

The FIFA has a history of corruption. That explains why they “chose” Qatar to host it and turning a blind eye to their discriminatory laws and human rights abuses.
