I'm surprised there are so many people who would be uncomfortable sharing racy photos with someone they are married to, happy, and in love with...

Point being- She is not in love with this man anymore..they are divorced. The question begs: Why would he want them if they are divorced?

I agree that he wants them, not because he is still in love with her, but to hurt her. I think the real question here is....was this a just ruling? I don't think it is. And it's not a good enough response to say, well, you shouldn't have taken them. That's like saying...well, if you didn't want to be forced to sell your house and split the profit, you shouldn't have bought one. OOH with that...
