The coach is doing what is necessary to teach your bratty teen how to win and lose. Sportsmanship is exceptionally important when playing sports.

You have to be a troll. On my son’s hockey team if a player acted like that they would be told to come but sit in the stands. Your son will soon not be welcome on any team.

Yawn.
It's too bad you're not addressing the problem with your child and putting the coach in the position where he's forced to. Team sports teaches sportsmanship as part of the package, and he clearly needs work on that lesson. Side note, I was unaware that they offered team sports in Trollville.
