The husband is planning his wife's 50th birthday. He calls the family and makes plans with everyone. Do you need the husband to specify that this event is a surprise for her birthday? (it's not a party, so not a surprise party, but a surprise family get together and concert)
Yes, if you want something to be a surprise you need to state that it's a surprise. Why would you not? This seems like kind of a no brainer thing. What an odd post.
