“The 2020 election affords the American people an urgently needed opportunity to affirm their devotion to the Constitution of the United States and to the American way of life. As senior leaders of America’s military, we took an oath to defend the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic,” the letter states. “At present, our country is now confronted with enemies here and abroad, as well as a once in a century pandemic. As retired military officers, we believe that Donald J. Trump has been tested as few other presidents have and is the proven leader to confront these dangers.”

“President Trump’s resolute stands have deterred our enemies from aggression against us and our allies. The proposed defense cuts by the Democrats will, in our professional judgment, create a potentially perilous situation for the United States during a time of great external and internal threats to our Nation.”

“During the Obama/Biden administration, America’s armed forces were subjected to a series of ill-considered and debilitating budget cuts. The Democrats have once again pledged to cut defense spending, undermining our military strength,” the letter continues.

“The Democrats’ opposition to border security, their pledge to return to the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, their antagonism towards the police and planned cuts to military spending will leave the United States more vulnerable to foreign enemies.”

What a load of crap. Who, exactly, are these "military officials? Name them all. Trump has violated the Constitution so many times I've lost track; he is not defending the Constitution or our way of life. Although, I suspect this is just pure invention from Trump or his minions.

And many more have come out and said he's "unfit to lead". It doesn't matter anyway. It's the loyal base of non-college educated white rural/suburban voters vs the rest of the country and it will come down to electoral votes in rural states.

Although ...Trump's Base Is Shrinking As Whites Without A College Degree Continue To Decline
Trump was able to eke out an Electoral College victory in 2016 by fewer than 80,000 votes in three critical formerly Democratic states — Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

So given that he was operating at such a narrow margin already, Trump can't afford to lose voters there. But that may be what's happening in the Rust Belt.

There are seven battleground states where whites without a college degree are a majority of eligible voters. All of them, except New Hampshire, have areas included in the Rust Belt. And in each of them, whites without a degree have declined.

In some places, like Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Ohio, they've gone down significantly, by 5 percentage points as a share of eligible voters.

Conversely, whites with a college degree have gone up in each of them. These states are less diverse than other places, so this educational split among whites is one of the most important factors in determining whether Trump or Joe Biden wins them.

I would not be at all surprised to find out that either the Trump Campaign just created this letter and added the names below real or imagined. The majority of them are probably in nursing home or dead if these are real names.

So a bunch of random RETIRED military former enlisted soldiers......nothing "official" about them. Most were probably dishonorably discharged IF they are even real or really served. More than likely Trump just added a military title on a bunch of made up names.

the majority of white college educated men voted for Trump (54%), a little more than 1/2 (51%) of white college educated women voted for hildawg. Trump still captured 45% of white college educated women. Not that it matters to us. a vote is a vote, we aren't picky. he did get a lot of ex democrat white working class voters (72% white men, 62% white women) this really chaps the dems' ass so they have to constantly denigrate them. If you were smart, you would try to entice them back to your side and reflect on where y'all went wrong. but nope. Us conservatives never bash democrats for gaining between 70-95% of the uneducated WOC voting block, as if you should be ashamed because we aren't elitist snobs. Keep on doing it tho, I am sure it will make white working class voters vote in droves for Biden!

You can see here, dems lost those non college degree white voters from 2012 you need, boy are y'all BUTTHURT LOL.
