What exercises are you doing? Best ones are cardio, keep in mind (you probably already know) you cannot spot reduce, our bodies will lose fat how ever they want. So it becomes - diet and exercise and soon it will start to come off. No real fast trick or fast way to do this.

Cleaning up your diet is always a great first step. I'd incorporate some hiit and an workouts as well. Strength training on days you don't do hiit will help you in the long run too. I use a lot of the fitnessblender workouts.
