I’m not on it yet but I’m going to start next week. I decided to bite the bullet after I had already done my meal planning and shopping for this week, so I gotta eat all these potatoes first . A friend of mine has been on it 1 month and already lost 22 lbs.

What tips do you have for someone who wants to start it?

Nope. It's a lifestyle change and not one I'm willing to take because I love carbs to much. lol. I did however hear something very interesting. Did you know the Keto diet was originally created as a treatment for epilepsy in the late 1800-early 1900s and it about 50% of cases it made a significant improvement? It has a really interesting history.

I was on a low carb diet a few years back and had a lot of success. I started the ketogenic diet about a month ago to lose some weight that crept back on. I always feel a lot better when I eat this way. How long have you been on it?
