Swiss steak, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted parm brussel sprouts, & tomato/cuke/red onion salad.

Do 1you add canned tomatoes to the swiss steak?

Yes I do. canned diced tomatoes, some tomato paste, & beef stock. I use Alton Brown's recipe.

I love swiss steak over rice or egg nooodles. My grandmother used to call this dish railroad steak.

Copycat recipe for Alice Spring Chicken, baked potatoes, spinach and mushroom salad for DH and I and carrots for the kids. My very sweet neighbor brought me homemade cherry ice cream. I may or may not share lol.

Grilled chicken and risotto with onions, garlic, spinach, asparagus, and tomatoes.

Tomorrow is scallops and vegetable fried rice.

Grilled chicken is a favorite on this house, risotto not so much. We also love any and all seafood except raw oysters
