She said she smothered all three of them to death, then laid them out to make them appear as if they were napping. With two of the children, she sang to them as she smothered them.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. The way it’s described it reminds me of the Andrea Yates case.

This opioid epidemic is everywhere. Its not discriminating. So tragic
Before you argue with someone, ask yourself, is that person even mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of different perspectives? Because if not, theres absolutely no point.

Long term meth use can make changed to the brain that make mental illness more likely - I wouldn’t be surprised if a young mom (with three kids under 4 in an unfamiliar state) developed post-partum depression that became psychosis because of meth.
