Baked Corn Casserole
Who doesn’t love cornbread?! This baked corn casserole is a cross between a spoonbread and a stuffing, with a flavor like cornbread and a moist, spoonable texture. It’s a great compliment to the holiday table, but simple enough to serve as a side dish any night of the week. It’s quick and easy to put together too, but can also be made ahead to save time.

Italian Roasted Mushrooms and Veggies
Absolutely the easiest way to roast mushrooms, cauliflower, tomatoes and garlic Italian style. Simple and delicious.
The beauty of this side dish is of course its simplicity. All you have to do is toss all the mushrooms and veggies together in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

If you don’t have Italian seasoning, all it is is thyme, basil, oregano and rosemary, so if you have those herbs just make your own Italian seasoning. If you want the mushrooms and veggies to have a bit of kick to them add some red pepper chili flakes.

Sage Sausage Stuffing
This Sage Sausage Stuffing is a classic sausage stuffing recipe that’s a must have side dish on any Thanksgiving dinner table. Super easy, delicious and a total crowd pleaser!
The main ingredients here are herb sausages, which I really love, a nice crusty bread all cubed and baked until crispy and dry and eggs, so if you look at it this way, it’s sort of like a bread pudding.
I strongly recommend using a spicy Italian sausage with herbs if you can find because it really does give the dressing a nice flavor, but if you cannot find any or do not like spicy food, choose a garlic and herb sausage.

The Ultimate Parmesan Roasted Broccoli is truly the best roasted broccoli you will ever have. It’s nutty, it’s cheesy, it’s so yummy, yet it’s a vegetable!
There’s just something about highlighting the beautiful natural flavor of these nutrient warriors! Today I decided to do an homage to the simple, delicious, and flavorful broccoli.
And an homage it was – chock full of perfectly crisped up garlic, bright lemon juice, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Whoops – I forgot my little secret weapon, roasted pecans!

Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast

Succulent Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast that’s perfect for a Sunday dinner or a special occasion. Delicious and quick to prepare it’s always a crowd pleaser!
This roast is brimming with tons of fresh rosemary, thyme, and garlic. It’s all topped off with an absolutely dreamy gravy. Okay enough talking, my mouth is watering already!
My pork roast recipe is easy, so easy that you’ll want to make this dish once a week every week till the end of time. We’re not cutting corners when it comes to flavor, I topped this roast with whole fresh cloves of garlic and lots of diced fresh herbs. My mom used to cut slits in the fatty side of the pork and stuff the cloves right in!

Roast Turkey Breast with Saucy Cranberry Sauce

This Roast Turkey Breast with Saucy Cranberry Sauce is your answer to a stress free holiday and a great alternative to cooking a whole turkey.
This cranberry sauce, it’s sweet but tangy and well the obvious reason is that it pairs magnificently with this turkey breast.

As far as the turkey breast goes, I’d recommend going with a breast with the skin on for a bit more flavor but skinless works just as well, not to mention it will be a bit healthier. You’ll need about 4 lb of turkey breast, mine came in two pieces, but sometimes you can find a whole piece and it may have the bone in too, which is fine.
