White Chocolate Fudge

This recipe is similar to one of my favorite dark fudge recipes. I'll frequently make my white fudge to give as gifts for Christmas and Valentine's Day. It's an interesting contrast to all of the darker candies—and the cream cheese gives it such a nice rich and creamy texture!

Ricotta and Parmesan Spread
Ricotta and Parmesan get naming rights to this cheesy spread, but the real stars are fresh basil, oregano, and chives. Stir them into the cheese mixture and refrigerate the Italian-inspired blend for 1 to 12 hours so the flavors can marry.

Toast baguette slices and serve while still warm so the herby cheese dip will melt into the crunchy crevices before you dig in. For an appetizer that features all the colors of the Italian flag, top the bowl of dip with a stripe of diced tomatoes.

Red Velour Cake
This Red Velour Cake takes your classic Red Velvet Cake and brings it to the next level of elegance and deliciousness. Moist and full of the soft velvet texture we’re all familiar with and love, this cake also has a velour exterior that’s beautiful and sophisticated.
This cake is absolutely visually stunning and delectable to boot. If you love the rich flavor and texture of the classic red velvet cake, you’re going to be crazy for Red Velour. It’s stacked high with cream cheese icing and brilliantly red fluffy cake.
A lot of people think red velvet is just chocolate cake with coloring but that’s not quite true. There’s less cocoa and the addition of buttermilk and vinegar make it tangier and give it the “velvet” texture. So this cake is all about texture and flavor, combined with a visually stunning finish.

Mini Tiramisu Cheesecakes

These Mini Tiramisu Cheesecakes are to die for! This recipe is a decadent classic that your family and friends will love! Timeless flavors of the traditional Italian tiramisu blended with a creamy and smooth finish, they will certainly be a favorite!
These little morsels are made from scratch and if you love tiramisu and cheesecake, this is definitely a dessert for you! They’ll leave your belly feeling warm and cozy, also full. Definitely, full.

While these are going to be perfect as a holiday dessert, these little morsels really are ideal for any occasion.
The cake batter is quite simple to make, only a few ingredients, and because the cakes are so small, they only takes about 10 minutes to bake.
Tiramisu is an elegant and rich traditional Italian dessert. Its name comes from the Italian language meaning “pick me up” or “cheer me up” which makes sense, due to it’s decadent coffee flavor and rich and velvety textures!

Chocolate Fudge Cherry Cookies
These Chocolate Fudge Cherry Cookies are so adorable and festive cookies! You have a chocolate cookie topped with chocolate fudge and a maraschino cherry.
There’s chocolate overload with this recipe! What happens when you put together a chocolate cookie topped with chocolate fudge and double topped with maraschino cherries, both red and green? You get a chocolate fudge cherry cookie! Aren’t these the most adorable cookies you’ve ever seen and the most festive? I made my poor husband go and look for green maraschino cherries because I just wanted to have both red and green and he found them! But for some reason the green ones are smaller than the red ones, no matter, they still look adorable!
The cookie dough is very simple to make. You’ll spend a bit of time making the balls, but it’s fun and this would be great to share the fun with your kids. Once you make the balls, you need to make an indentation in each cookie. I find this easier done with a cork. Just gently press the cork down on each cookie.
Next comes the chocolate fudge, yum! It’s so simple to make, unsweetened condensed milk and chocolate and a bit of the maraschino juice for taste. That’s it. I also found it easier to put the fudge in a ziploc bag and pipe a little bit of the fudge into each cookie.
And this is where my maraschino cherries come into play. Top each little cookie with a maraschino cherry. I suppose if you wanted triple chocolate you could top them with a chocolate kiss!
