Why would personal mockery of a child be acceptable simply because someone doesn’t like the political ideas they’re espousing? Mmmm...not a good comparison. That child (her parents) willingly put herself in that position, out front and lecturing adults.
It’s the height of hypocrisy for them to clutch their pearls at someone simply saying Barron’s name while staying totally silent on their boss/husband explicitly making fun of another child simply because she’s politically active.
