Trayvon Martin's family and Florida prosecutors for $100MILLION, claiming they engineered false evidence in his homicide trial for shooting dead the unarmed black teen in 2012
Neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman was acquitted of homicide charges in the 2012 fatal shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Florida
Zimmerman filed a lawsuit this week seeking $100million in civil damages for defamation, abuse of civil process and conspiracy
The suit alleges that Martin's family and Florida prosecutors fabricated evidence during Zimmerman's trial
The lead defendant in the suit is Sybrina Fulton, Martin's mother
Fulton gained national notoriety as an advocate for social justice and reducing gun violence in the wake of her son's death

Poor Zimmerman, it must be so hard for him. It’s been a while since his name’s been in the media. His self absorbed, entitled butt got a taste of attention and he’s been deprived since the news decided he wasn’t as relevant as he thinks he should be. I’m surprised he’s not trying to claim it was all retaliation for shoving an officer in 2005.

So, if it's true that the Martin family DID actually fabricate evidence in court, you are saying that Zimmerman doesn't deserve to have that addressed? Why? Because you don't like him?
No, because IF it’s true it should actually be investigated by the proper authorities, not a civil suit based on some random conspiracy theorist filmmaker’s claims.
ETA: correction, if it’s under question it should be investigated.

It's under question.
And it should be investigated. A civil suit isn’t an investigation. It should be investigated, charges filed against those who knowingly committed perjury and fraud if there’s merit to the claims.

The Martin family and prosecutors weren’t found guilty in a court or law after a criminal investigation either. A civil lawsuit is basically Zimmerman’s accusations at this point as he isn’t the most credible and a fairly well known attention hoe.
Too early in the game to start pressing people on the Martin Family fabricating evidence.
