The first weekend in September was another violent one in Charm City.

In the span of about 16 hours, seven people were shot -- two fatally -- in various neighborhoods throughout Baltimore.

The Baltimore Police Department said on Facebook the violent streak began around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. Officers arriving at the scene in West Baltimore found a 39-year-old with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene. About two hours later a 28-year-old man was discovered shot on Milton Street in East Baltimore. He was transported to an area hospital and listed in serious condition, according to police.

Still no outrage from the left over this type of gun violence. According to them unless its a mass shooting its not important in the gun control debate.

I've already said if you're caught with an illegal gun, the prison/rehabilitation time should be long. Make an example of anyone who violates the laws.

The feds can track guns back to the original purchaser. If it's a straw purchase, the buyer should do time too.

Or... “the left” is aware of the fact that gang violence and politically based mass shootings have different causes and therefore require different strategies to end.


Amazingly enough, “the left” has always been trying to help.

The same weekend as the Odessa shooting, chicago has 8 shooting deaths. more than the oddessa shooting, but it doesn't fit the narrative so ignore.
