Not a single mile of wall has been built. And even Trump's allies are beginning to back away from the whole fiasco

"Bases come and bases go."

That was the ominous warning recently delivered to President Trump by Lou Dobbs, perhaps Trump’s loudest media sycophant. "His base is expecting a wall. They're expecting illegal immigration to be stopped," Dobbs explained on his Fox Business Network show. "But, my God, November 2020 is nearing at an alarming rate!" https://www.salon.com/2019/09/09/trumps ... a-mistake/

LOL
I hope some day all of his so-called promises he made to his fans will be revealed as “fake “, to use Trump’s favorite word.
He got them all fired up in 2015-2016 with his “ lock her up” and “ build that wall “ bullshit and they eagerly fell for it, mainly because they do not have the ability to think for themselves . Perfect little puppets.

"It appears that 127 military projects in 23 states, including potential 2020 battlegrounds like Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, North Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin, have essentially been scrapped to pay for Trump’s pet project, to the tune of $3.6 billion. The defunded projects include schools for the children of military personnel and projects aimed at deterring Russian aggression in Europe. A senior defense official told CNN that of the $400 million in funding to be rerouted from Puerto Rico, “most of the projects ... were a result of Hurricane Maria.”

But I'm still the winner! They lied! They cheated! They stole the election!

This is not good.
Hopefully, he will lose a lot of support.

Well, duh. Anyone with 2 connected neurons could tell that was idiotic: first, you can’t build a wall all along the border. The terrain makes it impossible. Second, the cost would be staggering. Not only the infrastructure, but some of that land is privately owned and therefore would have to be bought (and knowing how desperate Trump is for his wall, he price would skyrocket) and maintenance and patrolling of that wall costs would be impossible to maintain. Third, the wall would be useless. Most illegal immigrants aren’t jumping a fence. They’re arriving in perfectly legal ways and they overstaying their welcome. And even those who do cross illegally, most use tunnels, not jump the fence. And fourth, he had to add the cherry on top that “Mexico will pay for it” when although he feels he’s king of the world, he isn’t. He can’t force any country to cough up money for his whims. And we all know (I mean, those with at least the 2 connected neurons) that putting tariffs won’t affect the exporting country, but the increase would go directly to the American consumer. And since he hasn’t been able to kill NAFTA... another dumb and unfulfilled promise that his worshippers thought sounded pretty cool because they’re ignorant and misinformed and their 2 neurons seem to be on opposite sides of the brain.

Acting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) commissioner Mark Morgan provided updates on wall construction during a press briefing Monday, explaining that the administration has erected 65 miles of border wall to replace vehicular barriers or otherwise small, dilapidated structures that are not effective deterrents for pedestrian border crossers.

With the help of the $3.6 billion in wall funding pulled from the Pentagon and other executive actions taken by President Donald Trump, the administration expects to be able to complete 450-500 miles of this “new border wall” by the end of 2020.

This is perfect ! You nailed it!
Now if all of Trump’s followers could read this (and comprehend!) we would have a new more qualified and professional person in the White House in 2021!
👍🏻😊👏

So you believe that the people that took this long to replace 65 miles of border wall will be able to build another 450 to 500 hundred miles by the end of 2020?
