I have no opinion about Hookahs except that all tobacco habits are unhealthy. They can decide for themselves what they do about them.
I don’t care.

I find it absurd that smoking cigarettes and e-cigs is now being banned everywhere, and tobacco (nicotine) is being demonized. At the same time, the big push is to legalize marijauna everywhere. And now we have hookah's which are being exempted from a flavored tobacco ban. Thing is, flavored tobacco has been illegal for some time, it is the juice for e-cigs and vaping that is flavored. And there is nothing at all from stopping someone from flavoring their own juice. I do not see how banning flavors will help anything. They (the authorities) seem to think that adult vapers don't want ANY flavor, and it is just the teens who do. Well, lemme tell ya, lots and lots of adults want flavor in their vapes.

It doesn't. Especially for San Fran. They are banning all e-cigs, but their streets are covered in shit, literally. Priorities, San Fran has them!

New York streets are covered in shit as well... welcome to the big city.


Hookahs are allowed in hookah bars.
Cigar smoking is allowed in cigar rooms.
Cigarettes and e-cigs are not allowed in areas where the mass public frequent, because those people do not have a choice to expose themselves or not.
