I just used the Kirkland brand marinara sauce for it and it came out good, but I feel like it needs something. I just don't know what. Maybe a different sauce? I don't remember what sauce they used when they had the samples for it out.
WWYD? I get this from Costco and it's delicious.
What sauce for this?

A roasted garlic Alfredo might be good

I would likely throw in with more of a chicken stock, olive oil sauce with summer squash, onions, 2 can of chopped tomatoes, garlic, roasted red peppers and then some more pecorino cheese.
You can use any sauce though, a cream based sauce is tasty but so heavy for summer. I like to use more veggies in the summer.

This is exactly what I would do.

Those are rich and heavy, so maybe something lighter like a tomato based sauce or just sauté them in some butter with just chopped parsley and Parmesan.
