Woke up w a reading of 130.
Had some froot loops (dont judge. That's all we have in the RV and I'm going shopping tomorrow, were camping 45 min from any town) around 1030.
Went into Atlanta. Walked around the CDC for almost an hr, and then left. Felt like I was going to fall over.
Check and I'm at 85.
HOW! I've been low every day on vacation. I'm going to have an amazing a1c. I dont understand how I can seemingly eat whatever and go low day after day.
Orally controlled. No insulin
Pretty sure my blood sugar can go jump off a bridge.

Are you moving more? And less stressed? Stress & exercise dramatically impact glucose readings.

I've had them before and never crashed.pinkbutterfly66 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 22, 2019 5:30 pm That's why you shouldn't eat fruitloops, it caused a sugar drop.
You ate a bunch of simple carbs, so your blood sugar spiked quickly and then dropped quickly because you produced insulin, aided by your exercise. But 85 isn’t low.
It sounds like sugary cereal isn’t the norm for you. Unless you eat a lot of simple carbs and then exercise every morning, of course you’ll have different patterns in your blood sugars.
