While I don't agree with gauging a 10 year olds ear out. It doesn't require a piercer to do it. It also doesn't require a kit. Its literally a slow process of going up a size every couple of months.

And weighted earrings.

She's not done growing yet so I'd be worried how it this affect her ears long term too.
