Changes to the Board Index

I made some changes so that the board index was a little more organized.
Each group is listed under categories that you can hide or expand.
If you click on the category name you can also see all active topics from all groups within that category.
I did this so that all groups are now visible on the index page so you won’t have to go searching within a group to find it. It’s also more organized and you now have the ability to hide any groups that you don’t want to see or aren’t interested in.
To hide groups within a category just click ( - ) and to expand it click ( + )
