Ask him if he was scared. Some kids are sensitive, some aren’t. I was the 8 year old who mostly watched the back of the theater when Jurassic Park came out because I was TERRIFIED, and DS 14 has yet to see a movie that scares him.
I’m sure some kids would be scared, some would be just fine.
I feel kind of guilty

I think it depends on the child. I’ve never watched the show, but I doubt I’d let my 9 year old watch it. He gets anxious and scared at bedtime as it is.
