There should be a "mark all as read" link. Try clicking that.

Mine come off and on, sometimes really late. Like I'll find a quote/like to me by myself with no notification until several minutes later.

I never get notifications when someone quotes me.

I’m getting them. It’s just get them and read them and it still says I’ve not read them. I have to click the little mark all as read to get the number to disappear. I hope that makes sense.

It does. It seems to be another bug.
It’s fine. I’m just glad I’m finally getting them again. I can click a button. It’s not hard lol
