Not in the Alabama bill - there’s no exception for rape or incest and no 6 week window for a legal abortion. Further, “outliers” in this case amount to thousands of women, which might be conservative given many women won’t tell a stranger they were raped for statistical documentation purposes. But if abortion was limited to cases of rape, how exactly does a woman prove she was raped in the time window of the first trimester?
