I have an addiction to fruit chews and gummies. I call it an addiction because I will buy a black forest fruit chews, a 40 pack and I went through that in less than a week. So I decided I was not going to buy any more because I can't control myself. But then, I ended up eating my kids bottle of fiber gummies in its place. It started out as a couple and I told myself a little fiber would do me some good. Then i ate a few more saying, it's for kids so i probably need more to benefit. Next thing I know, I have eaten a whole months worth of fiber gummies in a few days. Which my stomach did not appreciate lol. I would say that borders on addiction lol.
