How would you clean this dress?

if it's satin and tulle put it in the laundry tub or bathtub with lots of cold water and leave it a few hours. Odds are the kool aid will dissolve in the water and wash away. If it's still there use some shout on the stain. then wash in cold gentle cycle and hang to dry. The dryer will destroy the tulle. Man made fibres don't hold dyes very well so you'll probably have luck with just the soaking.

I would follow the directions. But if you have a agitator in your washing machine I may throw it in a pillow case to wash it so it does not get snagged. Then dry it upside down and hang it in the washroom so the shower steam can remove any wrinkles.
