Random bumps

Does anyone else get random itchy bumps? And then I spend my time Scratching until they are sore

I have a photosensitivity rash that itches so bad. But it is not random.

Yes, it’s sucks. I have yet to find a good treatment for when it happens.. all the creams, lotions and sunscreens seem to make her itch more.
Do you use anything ?

I've heard that those who have a gluten allergy get little itchy bumps.

Hats & clothing. I buy hydro-cortisone cream in bulk for after exposure, lol. Sorry, I wish I had better advice.
