I’m doing up a chicken in the pressure cooker and then I’ll toss it under a broiler. I’m thinking Brussels sprouts and ??? I don’t know.

London broil Mashed potatoes and mixed veggies

I was thinking jambalaya but it’s the first hot day of the year and I don’t really want to stand over the stove. It’s days like today that I want to serve ice cream.

I don't think I have ever actually had London broil. What were the mixed veggies? I love squash and zucchini.

If you or your spouse is a Vet, check out this link. They offer really cheap tickets to local events and concerts. I have done a lot of cool stuff through them.

It’s so easy! I mix up a marinade and brush it on one side—15 min low broiler flip and repeat
Mixed veggies were green beans, Lima’s, corn and carrots.
