She’s a moderator but I’m really the only admin doing day to day admin work so she’s helping me out.
The moderators handle reports and deal out consequences.
Admins handle things effecting accounts (password resets, notification issues, permissions, etc) the backend to the site (bug reports, tech support questions, fixing little issues) and answer questions/complaints/requests. She’ll help me with some of that admin stuff and also moderate.
I’ll still be doing things like error reports, extensions, updates, server/database stuff, and things effecting the site itself on my own since that stuff is more tech heavy.
Basically, I just needed a little help with the daily stuff because it’s a lot for one person.
