I think he deserves to know. Maybe his mind will be changed once he finds out that he's going to be a father. People change their minds. Also, if you hide it from him, and he finds out later, that could create a huge problem. It could potentially destroy your marriage.

It’s your body, if a baby is coming out if it and it’s his he deserves to know.
He doesn’t deserve to know your medical details if he is not affected by them. Which he isn’t affected if she aborts.
