It's usually a steak thats been run through twice (usually called cubed steak) and you dip it in egg, dip it in flour, egg mixture again, dip it in a breading mixture (I use flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mustard powder) and then fry it in oil and then you use some of the leftover oil from frying and your flour mixture, and a little milk to make a gravy to go over the chicken fried steak and it's delicious.mrsmacgiver wrote: ↑Sun Jul 01, 2018 11:09 pm

I am not that specific. I usually just check my ingredients the night before and decide then. Usually will make a large meat supply and use it in different dishes over 2-3 days.

Not for me but I do a week of pre made meals for people that are Keto friendly.
