But they just did this whole program about promoting women. The 1st promotion after the announcement they choose a man.....something is wrong.

The only thing wrong is you misunderstanding that promoting more women doesn't mean they won't promote qualified men. You're faith in yourself does not outweigh his actual experience and degree.

So just because you think you can do it, they should overlook someone else who can do it. Someone with more time in the company, more education and more commitment..all because he has a penis. That's such a double standard.
