I genuinely believe that it should be illegal to discriminate against someone based on their citizenship, including how they are prosecuted. The murder of Laken Riley is of course a tragedy and her murderer should face the consequences. But the crime had nothing to do with her murderers citizenship status. An undocumented person is statistically exponentially less likely to commit a crime than a citizen, so why are migrants facing different consequences, that does nothing to prevent crime.

Odd one out again, but I have no problem with this Act.
I cannot begin to imagine what the family and friend's of Laken are going through.
THEY and other families similar are where my personal sympathies rest.

It's just so cynical and gross. If she had died in a mass shootings or because she couldn't access a safe abortion, they wouldn't even know her name.
