It doesn’t say only DACA recipients, it says undocumented…

When it comes to DACA recipients, I think they should just be granted legal status…
Half of undocumented students in Florida universities are DACA recipients and while a nice sentiment, there is no pathway for citizenship or legal status for the recipients. There are currently over 40,000 undocumented students in higher education in Florida.

That’s still my opinion though…

DACA recipients should be given legal status, and it’s fine to not allow those holding an illegal status to practice law in our courts…
That's sweet.

It’s not really sweet at all… it’s how things should be.

But republicans want to be disgusting assholes and take American rights away from those who absolutely deserve them,

And democrats want to fling all common sense aside in an effort to be more inclusive, no matter how much they have to sacrifice and/or force their children to sacrifice…

So there is no common sense… there’s just an everlasting fight between the two.

So you don't really mean "You have to admit, it is a tad ridiculous that there was a law allowing those under an illegal status to practice law in our courts…". Or you do? Or you don't understand what that means? Or it's politician's fault?

Sorry, but it sounds like "there oughta be a law!" which while feels good in the moment actually means nothing.

No, I fully meant that…

It’s a tad ridiculous to have officers of the law illegally in the courtroom.

It is politicians fault however for everyone who is a DACA recipient…well… both the politicians fault and bastardized Americanism on display.

DACA is Federal. Federal laws trump State laws, no?
