I've shrunk.
All my life, I was 5' 2.75". It was always a running joke that the last 3/4 of an inch really matters when you're this short.
I knew something wasn't right when I took my son to the doctor and they measured him at an even 5'2" and he was visibly taller than me. I just found one of those doorway height strips at a convenience store and I came up as 5' even.
I'm only 39, I shouldn't be shrinking this much so young.
This is not a major problem, but...

Odd. If you were 20 years older I'd say it's normal (my dad lost an inch in his early 60's) but at your age I'd be asking my doctor if this is something to be concerned about.

That is a heck of a lot to shrink. You might want to talk to your doctor.

I hope you take a calcium supplement. My doctor says that women our age need to take them regardless of how much they consume in foods or drinks.
