They aren’t going to total out a brand new car for tree damage. You haven’t seen it under the tree nor has the adjuster been out. Post a photo when it’s unburied. Simple

It won’t be totaled for full bluebook value, and if you still owed on the vehicle you’ll have to pay it.

I had a tree fall on a car once. They fixed it. It was a little Chevy Prizm. If the only thing that happened to it was the tree fell on it, it can be fixed. For mine they had to cut the top off, and weld a new one on, but it was perfectly fine other than that. If they will fix that car, they will fix your brand new one I'm sure.
