We cannot decide if we should turn the extra space in our basement into a media recliners, large screen Movie watching room OR a home gym with weight set & bike trainer.
Just for fun, what would you choose and why?

Out of those two, I guess I would choose a media room. We use our extra room like that as a game room for the grands.

I would definitely go with a home gym! I can watch television anywhere but workout equipment needs a dedicated space.

I’m not sure. We aren’t exactly the people to have home gym, so I suppose we’d chose the movie room.

I think they would get equal time! We are movie watchers and have 3 kids that have friends over to watch movies & eat popcorn.Anonymous 2 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 9:28 am Which would your family use more?
Personally, I would want a window in my home gym.
But I work p-out inside during the winter. And DSs will be getting to teen years to lift weights with DH.

I could understand that, there is a tiny little window, lol, but not a beautiful view, for sure!Anonymous 2 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 9:28 am Which would your family use more?

I am not a movie/TV person so me it would be the home gym. We have a gym in the basement and it is always being used by someone.
