I didn’t see your question. Like I said the first time I quoted you....is he a recent immigrant or has he lived here a while? Is he here legally? Without knowing those things, I don’t know if he’s “from Russia” or an American with a Russian heritage. Are protesters supposed to be from a certain country, area, etc?
