So 6 people being upset about her dropping out means all the democrats are freaking out? Interesting.

Not to mention that what I read there were well articulated opinions on the matter. Just people expressing some disappointment at how things turned out in terms of diversity. Certainly not people “freaking out” over it.

Never mind the fact that we had former president Obama, a MOC, for 2 terms....
It's not about gender politicking, or shouldn't be.
Her campaign began falling apart quite a while ago according to several reports, including apparently a rather scathing story from a former staffer.
This isn't about her being female or a POC. This is about HER, herself, and her inability to hold on to the supporters and the campaign itself.

As many pointed out on the other thread about her dropping out, she’s young and still inexperienced. She needs to learn more before getting in the big leagues. This isn’t a career ending situation, she can get more experience and try again in either 2024 or 2028.
But I agree that it wasn’t about her being woman or a minority. It was simply too early for her to be able to run a more effective campaign, that’s all.

According to several articles, including THIS one, a part of running an effective campaign for her (and for any candidate) is to take a look back at past mistakes while going forward:

I think her campaign made a lot of missteps and never fully got off the ground the way it could have after some early momentum. However, when a smart accomplished qualified WOC can't break into the top tier dominated by several old white men who simply bought their way in, and after 43 consecutive old white men and after 45, whose main qualifications are rich, white, and male, I think people are fully justified in their frustration.
