I know but they do and they are contracting std’s. That’s why the recommended vaccine is before puberty.

It’s horrible that any 13 year old would be having S*x and HPV.

When they wait until a child is 13 years old it’s too late for many girls. They already have HPV.

HPV vaccinations aren’t required for school anyway. Hopefully enough girls and boys will get vaccinated so this can be eradicated.
