So you're giving them extra ammo to nick you? Why would anyone agree to that?!

They say they're looking to see that your utility bills are regularly paid and giving you credit for good payment history on those. I hadn't heard that they are also looking to make sure you don't go negative, but maybe they are even if they don't advertise that.

Right. If they're using your utility bills, then why aren't they pulling that from the company databases. Just like they do with credit cards and your mortgage. That means that they're analyzing all of the transactions in your account to locate your utility bill payments. There's enough invasion of privacy now. This is way over the top.
