It works for you? I take 150mg trazadone and 50mg seroquel at night and Im still up all night.
I also have ambien 10mg and 12.5 ER, they don't work either.

I change off between Ambien and Klonopin. I'll be up for days and wind up inpatient of if don't get at least some sleep.

I'm BP1 with psychotic features and mania is a problem for me.

Even the highest dose of melatonin doesn't knock me out. If I take mucinex do it will but I'm totally off in the morning. I'm used to not sleeping much except on the weekends.

I take my beta blocker in the evening. It makes me somewhat drowsy, so I thought it would be better to take closer to bedtime. If I can’t sleep, it usually because I’m anxious, so I binge watch Friends until I fall asleep. I’ll nap the next day when my toddler naps to catch up on sleep.

I have temazapam, melatonin, and valerian root. They do work. But the dreams are crazy on them. So vivid, and reality like.
The oranges of the island are like blazing fire
Amongst the emerald boughs
And the lemons are like the paleness of a lover
Who has spent the night crying.

Does it really work? Do you know what is in it to make is effective for you?

I have suffered from insomnia for years so I am always looking for things that can help.

soothing herbs, chamomile, spearmint and fresh lemongrass. Some of the teas have valerian, lavender and lemon balm.
I buy the celestial seasonings brand.

Sleep isn’t usually a problem for me unless I’m sick. Then I just take NyQuil and it knocks me the eff out.
